I had the same need and didn't find what I was looking for at Digitec. It's probably not Digitec, there just doesn't seem to be a CH model. But actually I mainly wanted to charge USB devices during my holidays.
I found the Allocacoc PowerUSB abroad. It doesn't come with a CH T13 adapter, but with a Euro and a UK plug. But I can plug a CH or any "normal" device cable into the IEC dock for the adapters.
In addition, as the name says, it comes with a battery. 
It can also be used as a USB hub. However, I have not tried this so far.
