Why does the drone only go about 10m from the ground? Same thing with the separate remote control and the video image disappears. Dark picture. What now? Software error or unsuitable? Greetings Jürg

PS: if newer firmware is installed, the mx. height 30m can be set in settings.

Old firmware goes up to 10m, newer firmware is supposed to go up to 30m. Just google for it.
