Which SanDisk Extremo Pro, for Oly OM-D E-M1 II, Slot 1 + Slot 2 to buy ?
Slot 1 can accept UHS-II and slot 2 only UHS-I. Of course, you can put UHS-II cards in both. But that doesn't help. If you often use the continuous shooting mode, UHS-II cards have an advantage in slot 1, but otherwise you can probably save yourself the trouble and buy the normal Extreme Pro UHS-1 with 90MB/s write and 170MB7s read. Otherwise the UHS-II with 300 MB/s write and read speed. If you want the cards to be more stable, I would buy the new Sony Tough cards. They are available in a slower 150MB/s version, which is much cheaper, and in a faster 290MB/s version. The faster ones can hardly be used by any camera.
the slower version: Sony SF-M Tough (SDXC, 128GB, U3, UHS-II)
