Question about FiiO Taishan D03K Coaxial/Optical to Analog Audio Converter

Unfortunately, I cannot say which formats are all converted. I use the device to transfer the digital sound signal (SPDIF) of an Apple TV3 analogue to my stereo amplifier.

I used the part for Swisscom TV Optikal on Cinch, i.e. on a Sonos Play 5, I don't know the format, but the part worked perfectly. But I don't use it any more because I connect directly from the TV to the Sonos.

so if I understand correctly, it goes from digital to analogue?
