Question about Epson EcoTank ET-16650

What is the difference between the Epson EcoTank ET-16600 and Epson EcoTank ET-16650? Does it scan on both sides?

The Epson EcoTank ET-16600 version prints at 25PPM in black and white and 12PPM in colour while the 16650 version prints at 32PPM in monochrome and 25 in colour. Both models have duplex printing/scanning capability.
