Question about DJI Mavic 2 Pro

We recently bought a Dji pro 2. Now we find that it doesn't want to fly higher than 5 metres indoors (e.g. production hall). We have already checked the settings many times. What could be the reason for this?

That's because of the sensors. They maintain the distance. I always use the speed mode because all sensors are switched off. But be careful when flying ;-)
