Question about Allocacoc PowerCube Remote S+
This morning I was able to switch it on as usual, but now I can't switch it off, not even via the cube itself. The light goes off and on at the cube, no matter which of the two buttons I press, but the power remains permanently active. Turning it off and on again has done nothing either. Does anyone have any idea what this could be, or has it just broken?

Hi, I had that too... unfortunately also with new cubes.
It's defective.
You can press the button a few times in a row, I always disconnected the consumers, then you hear as soon as the cube switches off.
Then it works again for an indefinite time. Sometimes only until the next "switch-off attempt".

I also had this problem. When I move (shake) the switch, I hear a ball / moving part inside the switch. This means that when the button is blocked, I shake the switch and can clear the "blockage" and the switch works normally.
