Question about Canon EOS R6

The official availability is the end of August 2020. Can I pre-order this camera now and if it doesn't arrive by the beginning of September, can I cancel the order without any problem? I would like to take it on holiday... The second question, if I order it now, when do I finally pay? And when does the guarantee start?
