Question about Canon EOS R5 Mark II

The delivery date here is "Delivered between Thu 29 Aug and Sat 28 Sept" (as of 27 Aug), I ordered the camera on 16 Aug. In the order overview it says "Expected to be ready for collection between Mon 9 Sept and Thu 3 Oct". How can it be that for items that have already been ordered, a later period is given than the one specified for the item? Don't get me wrong, I can understand that predictions are difficult for products like this. But once again I get the feeling that very optimistic dates are given for products like these in order to generate orders. I'm generally a big Digitec fan, but with a little more transparency in this area I'd be even more of a fan ;)
