The camera is advertised today at 3699.- instead of 4188.-. At the same time you can find the same camera (EU) at Digitec and Galaxus for 3810. Can anyone explain the difference?

Both versions are technically identical. The EU model is an imported product and is not eligible for the extension of the so-called "Swiss warranty". This product has a normal 24Mte bring-in warranty.
The "(EU)" designation emphasises the European delivery with possible firmware adaptation for EU regulations
