Question about Logitech StreamCam
Now I find it slowly but very tedious, indeed an absolute impertinence. I've been assured several times on the phone that I'll get the part in 2 days at the latest and now I'm being told again that it will take 3-5 days. It's been over a month since the order was placed. We can certainly understand and accept the fact that it is not possible to say exactly how long the delivery will take. But what Digitec is doing at the moment is simply unacceptable. Please clarify how long it will take and don't always put customers off: tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow and then 3-5 days again. I think it's an extremely poor performance. Basta!!!!!

I have the same problem with the Microsoft LifeCam Cinema. Ordered at the beginning/middle of May with a 2 week delivery period. It was always down to 9-11 days. Then it was mid-June and now it's mid-August. The supply chains should be starting up again slowly but surely. In China, the production sites have been running at full speed again for some time.
I just don't know whether the delivery times, when external or under order, are managed by Digitec or by the supplier. Maybe Digitec is also constantly being "fooled" with the delivery times... I can well imagine this with certain importers.
Yes, it's really tedious. Being put off again and again makes me even more angry. They should just write: Delivery date unknown. Then you could decide what to do with the order.
