Questions about Logitech StreamCam

Enough is enough. If the camera is not available, then say so and I'll put up with it. But changing every day from "about the day after tomorrow" to "4-6 days" is just tedious. And this has been going on for about a month now. I understand that there are delivery bottlenecks, but then it's better not to give any details or simply "undetermined".

Hello, I ordered this product on Apr 27th when it was showing 2-4 days of delivery. Yesterday, it was showing delivery for on Apr 29th. Today my order is showing 7-9 days of delivery. For a new order, it is showing 3-5 days of delivery. This makes no sense. Can you please let me know how I can understand the real delivery status? I need this product urgently. Should I cancel my existing order and re-order since it shows a shorter delivery time on the new orders? Does anyone know how to contact digitec?

The delivery time for this product is obviously displayed incorrectly. I have been waiting for a month now. I don't understand why this is not corrected. In the meantime, there is even a discount on the purchase, but that doesn't help me any more, as I have already ordered.

After the delivery date had been 3-4 days for weeks, it was then said "the day after tomorrow". That was 1 week ago. Now the delivery time is weeks again. I have now cancelled the item. It seems Digitec is not being informed correctly by Logitech. What a pity.

I have been waiting for this cam for 4 weeks now. The delivery status of the order says from the beginning that the delivery readiness is 3-5 days. Somehow this is not true at all.

I ordered this product because of the short delivery time. Unfortunately, lately the information is no longer correct. @Galaxus: Please be honest and do not make fake statements about delivery times. :-(

Ordered on 18.4. with 5-7 days delivery time. Since then, only the delivery time has changed, but there is no end in sight...

I have been waiting for it since 7 April. The delivery date keeps changing. It seems digitec has an overpowering supplier who shows the customer the limits. This is simply weak and regrettable. Honest communication with the customer is worth more than always nurturing the hope that the product will arrive.....

As I also see in other customer questions, it has been stated for some time that the cam is available for delivery in 3-5 days. But this is not the case! Why is a clear delivery time given from the beginning?

Order placed: 2-4 days delivery time. Now comes daily: the day after tomorrow! If you do not know when the product will be available again, please write this verda..... again, delivery date unknown. Then you can decide whether you can/want to wait or not. Very bad service. If I had known this beforehand, I would have had to find another solution right from the start. BAD!

Ordered a month ago, payment taken on order. Digitec keep saying delivery will be in 5-7 days. Changed delivery date 4 times. Still no delivery. Digitec are deliberately lying about delivery dates to keep money? No point ordering here, they don't have this product.

Fraud on the customer. Availability says 5-7 days. Ordered on 2 June and still not shipped today.

just order them from Logitech itself. I got mine in early May after only 10 days.

I didn't realise that it needed a USB-C port (it only says USB), so I've ordered an adapter in the hope that it will work! My children need the webcam for school! Otherwise the webcam is going back!

It's quite impertinent to go from "in stock at supplier" to "5-6 days" to "expected tomorrow" to "mid-September". If it's not in stock, then write that down too. This has nothing to do with Corona but borders on fraud.

The delay is absolutely wrong, I waited for more than a month and never received it and the delay was constantly prolonged. I ordered it directly from Logitech and in 3 days it was at my house. It's really not good to display false delays...

In the meantime, I am extremely annoyed. At the beginning, it said deliverable in 3-5 days. That was 15 days ago. I had the same thing at MediaMarkt before. I waited over four weeks, even though it said: available in 7 days. Now I've relied on the information at digitec and I'm disappointed again. Instead of simply writing that certain things are not available, customers are stalled. This is really lousy behaviour. Just try to give honest delivery times for a change!

It is extremely unethical for you to keep promising this as available "the day after tomorrow", as has been the case for me for over a month now. Yes we all know about Coronavirus delays, but please just tell me straight up that you have no idea when or even if this will ever be delivered instead of attracting custom with false promises.

Hello, when i first ordered this product, galaxus told me it would have taken a couple days. It has happened 2 times that once i get to the day before the delivery, the date gets postponed. I would like to receive some clarification. I saw other people that bought the black version 1 month ago and their date is still being postponed. I do understand that due to the coronavirus there are some delays, but the date-shifting seems to be kind of sketchy. Thank you

As it looks, the delivery date has still not changed... I'm really disappointed that digitec doesn't write something like this as a warning that this device will not be delivered on time...

I received the webcam after a relatively short period of time (despite the 2nd wave!), but found out that it has a UBS-C connection, which is not stated in the description! Now I can't connect it to my MacBook without an adapter...

First you postpone the appointment a hundred times and now suddenly you say "no details". Can you stop fooling your customers? If you don't know when you can deliver them, don't write fake dates.

is this product available for immediate delivery ?

@Digitec: Could you please fill in the technical specification correctly so that one can compare this camera with the other Logitech webcams?
