I've had the card for about a month, but unfortunately I've noticed that there is an increasing problem: the sound is often only played on the right headphone speaker, so that at times nothing can be heard on the left for several seconds. I have already reinstalled the driver and tested the headphones without the card and everything works without any problems. Does anyone know this problem? I'm starting to get the feeling that the card is defective.

I also tend to think that the card is defective. If available, you can try another PCI-E slot on the mainboard. However, I don't think this is the cause, if it were defective, nothing would work. Otherwise, return the card.
