Yes, the camera is perfect for Lensbaby lenses, the foldable monitor is a great help when focusing and tilting.

In my opinion, no clear answer is possible. The D750 is an excellent camera - so in that sense it's an ideal base for any kind of lens. But the Lensbaby lenses are not optimised for optical performance, so one can already ask oneself whether one should really spend so much money to be able to take pictures with them. High-performance lenses really belong on the D750. In terms of sensor performance and operation, there are few better cameras - I can only recommend the camera itself! For the Lensbaby lenses, I would personally rather choose the D7200 (very similar equipment, very good sensor, WLAN, but cheaper - but APS-C, so with 1.5x focal length extension).
