Is this the only Thunderbolt 4 UBS C cable? Are there no longer ones, this is extremely short? Should be twice as long...

Hoi - Short cables are passive and somewhat cheaper - longer cables (looooong) are usually active and somewhat more expensive; rule of thumb for passive: the shorter the better (for the budget and the perfromance); rule of thumb for long: The longer, the more expensive ;)

No, it is not the only one. There are several sizes of this kind. The only one that is at least twice the length is this one: OWC Thunderbolt - USB C (2 m)
