Is this suitable for charging a Macbook? It doesn't seem so to me, I have the correct adapter, but the Macbook only receives 5W, although the adapter delivers 30W.

I also have this cable to charge my mobile phone and it doesn't detect a fast charge. I think it's because it's not transmitting all the input power to the output.
