is this power strip safe for a normal household? Since I couldn't find a child safety lock, I wanted to know before I plug it in. I would like to plug in my PC.

The power strip is intended for professional use in a 19" rack and does NOT have a child safety lock.
If the power strip is to be used in a lockable rack, the rack itself serves as a child safety lock.
If you are looking for a power strip for use outside a rack, there are more suitable and, above all, cheaper alternatives.
