Question about Steffen Extension cable

It is for outdoor use I myself use it on the roof terrace. If you want to bury it in the garden, i.e. permanently in damp earth, I would use a cable with an appropriate protection category ip. DH ipx4 at least better 5 or natural higher. Greetings abe
