Is the software for the CV-500W the same as that for the QLs? So the "P-touch Editor5.x"?

The software is not without major bugs. Since a Windows 10 function update (not Windows 11, Brother is said to have problems with the drivers there in general), the printer can no longer be used via USB. The only workaround was to control the printer via WiFi.
