Is the part suitable for 19 inch or not? If so, can the rack brackets be rotated so that the connections are accessible from the back of the rack?

Yes, the part can be installed in a rack without any problems. The supplied brackets can be rotated at 90° and the power strip can thus be installed in 4 positions in the 19" rack.

I would like to note that the product is NOT made for 19". It would only fit into a 19" rack with some tinkering. It is better to buy a bar that is also made for 19".

Yes, the part is suitable for 19" racks. You can also mount the brackets differently. With my rack, I wired the supply line directly to the connector strip and reassembled it.
