Is it possible to set a continuous recording (timelapse) on the camera or the software, e.g. recording every 5 minutes?

I don't have a direct solution to that: But instead, I would buy a smartphone with a time-lapse function. The Honor 6X (5.50", 32GB, Dual SIM, 12MP, Grey) is recommended and inexpensive.
