Borderless is possible for photos and corresponding papers. So 10x15 and 9x13 cm.

The printer driver shows borders all round.
I would never try borderless with an inkjet printer - it probably contaminates the printer with colour at the edges.
With laser or LED printers, this is possible if a driver supports it. However, this is rare and is prominently displayed.
