What makes you think there is a problem with the MAC addresses? Is your router's WLAN a guest WLAN or a full WLAN ?

The printer supports the C6 format for envelopes, but the C5 format is not listed in the supported paper formats. The supported paper formats are A4, A5, A6, B5, B6, C6 and DIN long (11 x 22 cm). C5 envelopes are therefore not officially listed as a supported format and could cause problems when feeding or printing [product data]. When printing envelopes, we recommend selecting the appropriate envelope format in the printer settings and selecting "Envelope" as the print medium. It is important to insert the envelopes correctly and set the paper size accordingly in the printer driver. To summarise: Envelopes in C5 format are not officially supported by the printer, but envelopes in C6 format are. This printer is therefore not ideal for frequent printing of C5 envelopes.
