I really wonder how Digitec treat their suppliers! The device is already available to buy Digitec offers the controller it is ready for 2 days today at 12.30 clock and a short time later tomorrow or the day after tomorrow it sucks! Digitec please talk to the supplier and give a realistic delivery time because this is how you piss off the paying customers.
Ordered them via DJI, ordered on Thursday - already delivered on Tuesday....
I am also affected and yes, at first I was annoyed too. However, I think it's whining at an enormously high level to reproach Digitec here. They are trying to create maximum transparency, which is something that other stores can't manage technically. If you have a good idea of how this could be done better, they are certainly open to constructive feedback....
Can digitec provide us a real delivery date ? Is there a shortage ?

Is typical for Digitec the problem is actually only indirectly with Digitec the suppliers themselves enter the delivery time/delivery data and we are then most likely displayed supplier time plus 1 or 2 days or so.
Digitec is also unwilling to introduce penalties for such suppliers, which could be passed on to the customer or a part of which could be kept by Digitec itself....other industries know these penalties for delayed delivery even SBB and Bombardier know this but Digitec says no to it and allows bait and switch offers to continue. This can happen even more often with computer parts, e.g. with Wakü components. It's a real shame, but other companies are also happy to take our money.
