I haven't tested it like this, which sound do you mean? The caller's or your voice? As far as I can see, the device itself doesn't have an integrated microphone, but it should output the sound of the caller, at least via the Bluetooth connection. Can you also hear the music from the mobile phone?

I think if it is used with a mobile phone and the ringtone comes when a call is received, it should also ring via the car hi-fi when the phone is connected via Bluetooth....
