I ordered this W2033X toner but instead received a W2033XC toner in a different package from the W2033X.
What is the difference between these two models?
After some research, it turns out that both models have the same features. The toners ending in C are official HP equivalents for customers who are members of the "Supplies Big Deals", "Supplies Win Back Deals" or "Managed Print Service" programmes (source: https://s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/suppliesne...).
