Question about MLT-D1042S - 577975
I ordered item 239098, original Samsung toner cartridge, why have I now been supplied with a hp toner REPLACES SAMSUNG?
I assume this is because HP has taken over Samsung's printer business, including Suport. But actually, in these cases it would be right if Digitec didn't just pass on the enquiry to the community unseen, but tried to achieve a bit of quality and had it answered by one of its product managers.
