Question about HP 410a
I ordered a 410x cartridge for my Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fdw as it is supposed to be compatible. However, there is now an error message: The machine is calling a material memory error on the black toner and is not printing. What do I have to do to make 410x work?

The plastic on the guide was melted to fix the chip. This has created a protrusion that is responsible for the error. You can cut this edge off flush with a sharp knife. This will fix the error and the cartridge can be used as usual."
This, together with a reset (toner drawer out, shut down & disconnect from power for 5 mins) has worked for me.
Great product is so great, I bought and used it for over 1 year. There is nothing to think about with its price, which is too great
