I need help I am doing something wrong I have done the 6-22 o'clock (on) but it always stays off or on. What am I doing wrong? What do I have to print so that it is only on between 6am and 10pm and off otherwise?

AUTO" must be visible in the display; only then does the timer switch on and off automatically. Press the mode button until "AUTO" and "OK" are active, then press the "OK" button.
