I can't seem to find the "memorise-recall saved functions" function. This function is displayed by a "camera and two arrows" icon, but I can't find it in the options provided, even though several tutorials refer to it.

On my R5 (firmware 1.8.1), the function can be found under "Tools", "Save/load camera settings card".

I've actually found the answer. The drop-down menu that appears on the screen displays 2 lines. In reality there are many more lines. 
and the icon is further down.
