Question about Creality K1C

I had the same problem.
Simply "pull back" the filament and then cut the filament again at an angle. Then push it back in as far as it will go and press "extrude".

Power connected?
Switched on?
Set up according to instructions?
Is the extruder temperature shown on the display?
