Question about Delock Data Link + KM Switch USB

I bought this cable but my PC with Win7 does not recognise it. I.e. the drivers are not installed automatically. The drive is displayed but the application on it cannot be installed. What else can I do?

I don't know. I have the same problem. Since Win 7 is no longer supported, outside help is also not possible. Keep it for later or do what I did and throw it away. It is and remains a bad buy. Sorry.
