I am trying to print logos with the 50 mm roll. But some of the logos are completely red. That looks terrible. Is this normal or is something wrong with the roll? It looks really faded. So a rich red colour is far from possible.

There's a problem on the roller for me, it's fine.

Unfortunately I can't give you an answer. But I think there is something wrong with the roller. For example, it's not being pulled in properly, etc. Sorry.
