I agree with the question posed by "DaveWürsten". It would be about time to make a statement. It really can't be that another 50,000 customers in Germany and Austria have now been informed when their PS5, which was ordered between 1 and 30 November, will be delivered. This will even happen this year for some. I have no problem with waiting, but I want to be treated fairly and honestly as a customer. This includes transparent communication.

So I kindly ask you to inform all customers who still have a PS5 order open about the current status.

people, please check first before you post... I understand your frustration, but in digitec podcast #21, for example, they talk about exactly that, or am I seeing it wrong?

nevertheless, good luck and have fun when the device finally arrives! i'm one of the lucky ones who is still waiting for the order button to be activated :D
