Question about Nikon Coolpix P1000
Hi all, can anyone recommend a suitable, stable but also affordable and good tripod for the P1000? Ideally also for other devices, for example I have a SONY 4K video camera and I think that everywhere there is a standard size (screw) at the bottom, so that you can mount all of today's common cameras and video cameras. Thank you.

There are many tripods. I have been working for years with a carbon tripod from Gitzo (GT2531LVL) with a video head (MVH500AH) from Manfrotto. There are also top tripods from Manfrotto. Gitzo tripod is light and easy to clean, and the Manfrotto head holds rock solid after fixing once. My Nikon P1000 is mounted on a plate and pushed backwards, so it doesn't sink forward even when fully extended. The fixation on the tripod is simple and secure.
