I had exactly the same experience. When I returned it, I was deducted CHF 7 because it apparently had "minor signs of use" even though I had never used it. I had opened the packaging but you have to see what's inside and if it says 0.5 metres, everything should be fine. I even travelled to Zurich as I was assured that there was still one in stock. I asked them to check the goods first. But when I received the product, it was also labelled incorrectly. Mega bad customer service and I still have to pay for it!
