Question about Sony Alpha 6700
Hello together It is said that lenses with stabilisers are more sensitive. I think that cameras with stabilisers are too... If the shocks are too strong or especially if you shake the camera intensively, sometimes running down a hill, the stabiliser can easily be damaged, can't it? If you switch off the 5-axis stabiliser, is it then positioned in such a way that it is protected? (And the second question-wouldn't it make more sense for small system cameras to have only an electronic stabiliser?)

unless the camera is hit by an object, falls to the ground or is exposed to other physical damage, the stabilisation system should not be damaged.

Regardless of which system is used, today's cameras are all absolutely robust enough to withstand such armchairs without damage.

Electronic stabilisers are usually only used with small sensors. Conventional stabilisers are better for larger sensors (APS-C / full-frame).

There are different types of systems. Some lock the stabiliser and some do not.
Basically just switch it off when you're going downhill. A parcel is also shaken quite a bit when being delivered by post. :)
