Hello, the toners I received (Brother DR248CL ) are unfortunately not labelled with the colour designation (BK, C, M, Y). How or where can I find out which toner is which colour?
Hello,
It's not the toners.
It's the drums that fit under the toners.
Have a nice day
The question cannot be answered as the package has not yet been used as a reserve. The colour can probably only be seen once the protective film has been removed.
Hi, I had exactly the same problem with a false order. We are being misled by the Galaxus advert. I told them to change the name of the item! After insisting they agreed to take the drums back. However, I had to pay the postage and a 5% penalty...
The same mishap happened to me because I didn't realise exactly what I was supposed to order from the product description. However, Galaxus cancelled the wrong order without any problems. - As already mentioned in this thread, I would keep the drums afterwards. You will need them sooner or later.
Regarding your original question: If you open the correct toner box later, you will be able to tell which foil you should open by the colour strip around the toner packaging.
When ordering toner, pay attention to the product designation TN, e.g. TN248...
Hello, you have to read the product description, it's not toner in your question, yes, it's each colour.
These are not toners, but the drum units into which the toners are inserted. These drum units have to be replaced at some point. DR in the designation means drum. You have therefore purchased the wrong item.
