Hello, this APC model is not monitored, you have to choose a model with an rj11 plug, with an rj11-usb cable which may or may not be supplied, you can connect it to the pc with usb, and with the apc software you can specify everything.

for example this model

has a port on the back top right hand side marked data port which is used for this purpose

I don't have any action at APC, the others probably do it too, you just have to look at the pictures and the manual
