Hello I am actually looking for a camera for professional video recordings in the area of short films, travel films and music videos and have therefore landed with the FX3. however, I would also like to take professional photos and do not always want to run around with 2 cameras. what are your opinions. should I buy the alpha 7 RV? is this enough for professional video recordings?
Hi gianlucaweidinger2003,
the XAVC HS format enables in-camera recording of high-resolution, high-quality 8K (7680 x 4320) movies at 24p (25p) with efficient HEVC/H.265 compression that brings out the best in Sony's lenses and takes full advantage of the sensor's resolution and full-pixel readout. Even the finest subject details are captured faithfully. Full-frame and Super 35mm formats can be selected for 4K movie recording. Full pixel readout in Super 35mm mode without pixel binning enables 2.6x oversampling for 4K movies4. XAVC S-I (All-Intra) or XAVC HS format is supported, with 10-bit 4:2:2 colour sampling.

Hello, the a7rv has good video capabilities, but beware of the roling shutter. I would recommend an a7siii or a7iv. The a7rv is the ultimate photo camera.
