Hello everyone, The scope of delivery states: AC adapter, battery, battery pack, housing cap, power cable, eyepiece cap, shoulder strap, USB A-C cable (1.5m), accessory shoe cap What exactly does that mean now? I assume that it certainly has a battery pack. Is the power cable a power adapter for charging the battery? And battery pack is a spare battery or what exactly should I expect.

The scope of delivery of the Sony Alpha 7 IV includesSeveral components that you should know about:
- Battery: Yes, an original Sony NP-FZ100 battery with a capacity of 2280 mAh is included.
- Power cord: The power cord is used to connect the included AC adapter (or other AC adapter) to the power outlet. It is not the AC adapter itself, but only the cable that connects the AC adapter to the wall socket. The actual power supply (AC adapter) may be listed separately in some packages, but in your list it appears to be just the power cord.
- Battery pack: The term "battery pack" in this context is somewhat misleading. This is actually the battery mentioned above (Sony NP-FZ100) and not an additional spare battery. There is therefore only one battery in the scope of delivery.
To summarise:
- You will receive a Sony NP-FZ100 battery.
- The mains cable is used to connect the AC adapter (if present) to the socket.
- There is no additional spare battery (battery pack) included in the scope of delivery.
Unfortunately, the AC adapter was recorded incorrectly. We will have the scope of delivery corrected. Thank you for your enquiry.
and what is the AC adapter?
