Question about DJI Mavic Mini Fly More Combo

Hello, does anyone know which category the Mavic Mini will fall into after the transition period in the new EU drone regulation has expired? In principle, the weight is less than 250g, but the MAXIMUM take-off weight is higher (which is supposedly the basis for assessment), as the Mavic Mini can also take off with propeller protection.
