Ordered with payment on collection, received a notification that the camera was available to pickup at the store two days ago. So i would say that no it's not.

I don't know if there is a priority depending on the payment method. I ordered in the middle of the day on 20 Feb, payment by card and today I am given a delivery date for May. I should have chosen to pay by invoice.

This statement is certainly not true across the board. Source: I ordered by invoice and received the camera.
