Hello and Happy New Year! A quick question, the Rode VideoMicPro +, is it ready to pick up directly in Basel? Otherwise I would like to buy it there directly.

Unfortunately, the microphone is not in stock in Basel. If you order it today, you can pick it up tomorrow or have it delivered on Monday.
By the way, you can check this yourself by looking at the green text under the name which unfolds when you move the mouse over it and shows the delivery times for each order.
