Question about Nikon Z6 II

Hello and good morning just had a look at the Nikon Z 6 II body for 1965.-sfr and the Ftz adapter for 238.-sfr which adds up to 2203.-sfr and the set costs 2599.-sfr what's the difference????? greetings Romano
