Question about Sony Alpha 7 Kit
Hello all. I have the Alpha 6000 at the moment and also have various lenses. How do they compare to the Alpha? Like the Alpha7, they also have E-mount connections. Is the quality good enough or do I need to buy extra lenses?
Hello Sebinussi, the question is not the quality but the so-called crop factor. The a7 is a full frame camera, the a6000 is not. Therefore, unless you happen to have lenses that are full frame compatible, you will get a clear vignetting (dark corners). Therefore it is recommended to buy the lenses for the camera. Here I would also prefer Zeiss or G lenses to other brands. Unfortunately, the lens supplied with the package is not worth anything.
