Good day I am happy with the camera but I need a lens to take pictures of smaller objects like jewellery etc. What can you recommend me please ? Thanks in advance!

There are several possibilities. On the one hand, you can screw a macro lens in front of the existing lens. If it is the existing kit lens, however, the quality is likely to be rather limited.
Alternatively, there is a 30mm macro lens for E-mount from Sony: Sony E 30mm F3.5 Macro.
A 50mm macro from Sony: Sony 50mm f / 2.8 Macro
A 70mm macro from Sigma: Sigma 70mm f/2.8 DG MACRO ART Sony E
and the 90mm macro from Sony: Sony FE 90mm f/2.8 Makro G OSS
The last three are all full-frame compatible.
