Are there USB cables (preferably the latest generation) or Thunderbolt cables that I can use to make a connection between the window and the window frame? I don't see a ready-made, purchasable solution. It's a matter of tinkering! Of course, a window frame can be drilled through, the Thunderbolt connector is small, so the hole would have a reasonable diameter. In the case of a rented flat and the desire to move, the hole would have to be plugged with car filler and made invisible with the most suitable dab varnish possible. Or it could be left in front of the window when the flat is inspected :-)
