The maximum load capacity in watts is an important technical criterion for a power strip. I often miss this information here. Please specify.
In Switzerland, socket strips, if equipped with a T11/T12 plug connection, are rated at 10A. This means around 2300 watts. With T23, it is 16A, i.e. around 3600 watts (note that you will rarely, if ever, find the socket in a rented flat).
Multiple sockets are generally designed for a power of max. 3500W. This applies to a house connection of 16A at 230V. The specification is missing because this basically depends on the socket and not on the strip itself.
Hmm... interesting discussion. Which power strip is best if you want to connect e.g. TV, ps4, nintendo etc.? Without that it can come to an overvoltage
