No, it will only charge but doesn't work for Quest Link ...

Yes, it is a regular USB cable. If your Oculus Quest supports USB C, then this cable will be compatible. Other than parts that are a bit more durable than your regular plasticky cables, this is a regular USB cable like every other cable out there.
